Jonno Proudfoot

Jonno is an entrepreneur, producer and chef.

In 2013 he co-authored the Real Meal Revolution, launching the Banting movement in South Africa and across the globe.

Since his lucky break, Jonno has authored four books, featured in over 60 television episodes, and produced 16 online programs through his full stack health tech company.

After exiting in 2024, Jonno returned to his one true love – Media – launching Hollywood Cape Town.

He and his team are almost as passionate about content as they are about growth.
